Reiki Master Teacher in traditional Usui Reiki. Trauma informed Registered Yoga Teacher (E.RYT200) received at Indigo Hot Yoga Center and advanced training at Duke Integrative Medicine and currently enrolled at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.
Thai Massage - (Northern Style) performed on a mat while the client is fully clothed in something comfortable that allows for movement. The practitioner will combine deep compressions, acupressure and passive yoga stretches for a truly holistic experience. Thai-ish Massage - A great introduction to Thai massage or for clients that are more comfortable on the table. This is a blend of techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release with a little Thai sprinkled in, tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. Deep Tissue Massage - This is a combination of techniques such as kneading, long strokes friction, passive joint movements and sustained, firm pressure with the intention of realigning the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
Reiki Treatment - This is a Japanese modality of energy healing, this practice allows a gentle channeling of healing energy to pass through the practitioner and into the client. This is done with light touch and hovering hands over the client. Reiki Classes - These are taught in small groups, broken down into Reiki I (2 Days), Reiki II (1 Day), Reiki Master (2 Days) and Reiki Master Teacher ( 1 Year apprenticeship).
Yoga - Combination of physical practices, mediation and breathing exercises that can be taught in a group setting or one on one. Classes are tailored to meet the client's individual needs.
